What types of format are the games played?

The format is 11 v 11 with a goalie on each team.

Are there tryouts?

There are no tryouts. This league is for surrounding towns to organize and fill a roster.

How Long Are The Games?

The games are one hour.. Two running time halfs. If the score is tie after regulation it goes to sudden death, next goal wins.

What about the gear?

GEAR! Of course we have gear! Each team will submit a color scheme and we will put that color scheme onto a custom Cow Neck Lacrosse jersey.
